Free home brewing classes

It's called home brew because everyone can do this at home. Brewing beer is not as difficult as you might have thought. We have divided it into 5 levels and we offer free classes for different levels of home brewing:

Level 1: Using all extract. This is probably the easiest way to begin with. Using all extract means the mashing process is skipped and move directly to boiling and fermentation steps.

Level 2: Using grains plus extract. The mashing process is needed before bringing the extract to boil.  

Level 3: Using grains, extract plus adjuncts. Adjuncts such as fruit juice, herbs and spices are added to the wort in order to add other flavours to the beer.

Level 4: Whole grain brewing. Only grains are used to make the wort. The sparging process is required in order to extract the most sugar from the grains.

Level 5: Whole grain plus 2 stage mashing.

Class duration may vary from 1 to 5 hours, depending on the levels. We can customize the class according to your preference. Class can be conducted in Cantonese, English or Putonghua. Please contact us for details.
